Is it safe to use my credit card?

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of the state of Tennessee, in which we are registered, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the main credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.


How much will my shipping charges be?

In general all orders are shipped free of shipping or handling charges.* Additional shipping charges, taxes, and import duties may apply for orders outside the US. Special orders may require some shipping charges.


What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a full refund or credit, less shipping charges, within 60 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and authorization number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card,refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest you keep the shipping carton until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only).


What is your policy on Privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address below. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.


How do I track my order?

We do not have an order tracking system due to the shipping method used. All mattresses are shipped using trucking firms, and most other items are shipped UPS. Depending on where an item is being shipped to, it normally takes anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks to get to you. Please feel free to call us if you need to know the status of your order.
